I don't understand how this hotel is still in the 4* category or it's a 4* from the 1980s. Everything is old, everything has been well used for a 4*. Bathroom, bathtub with shower curtain. Room lit by neon, etc. Let's not even talk about breakfast, I attach some photos including photos of the eggs offered and it was the same every day. Also, some photos taken to realize.

The staff were excellent the reason for this was I left my mobile in my uber and the staff went out of their way to help me get it back. The Hotel was very nice and the Hotel was in easy walking distance to the centre.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I had booked it because I was travelling to Milan for the Bad Bunny concert, but accidentally booked the wrong date by one day. The hotel was sold out, and I completely understood that, but I wasn’t even asking for a refund I only wanted a credit to stay another time. The hotel sent me to Booking.com, while Booking.com said it was the hotel’s decision. In the end, I received absolutely no support or solution. Very poor customer service. If you have any issue with your reservation, don’t expect any flexibility or help. Extremely disappointing.
