The hotel location was perfect for us near the train terminal in Rome, and a 10 mins nice walk to into the ZTL area of Rome. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich and tasty, with a live station for eggs/omelets. There are also very nice/tasty restaurants around it, so no worries about eating well.

Anomalous request for deposit at check-in, higher than the cost of the 3 agreed nights, reason given, if you have breakfast (which was not included) if you drink something from the minibar, if you break something... on the sales conditions it is written: no advance payment is required, report any payment requests you receive before the stay and avoid clicking on payment links. At check-out, I pay and they give me the receipt with the exact amount but the credit card remains blocked with the higher amount from check-in on 25/08, check-in date, to 31/08, check-out date. It is only unblocked on 1/09 with the correct amount. Upon my request for explanations, they say that they have taken the correct amount and that it depends on the bank. They give me an envelope with the receipts saying that if I still have problems I can contact them and they indicate the name and that if I return they will upgrade me... The cleanliness was not ideal. Dust on the shelves and 1 hair hanging on the sink faucet and 2 hairs on the shower floor.
