The staff's treatment at the front desk was impeccable. We were greeted by Stalin, who speaks very good Spanish and is very eager to help. I don't know the names of the (Italian) concierges, but they go out of their way to assist. Miguel as well. The restaurant, hidden inside the hotel, serves very good food.
