The elevator did not reach the floor of the room

Close to the train station, close to lots of the sights we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants on the same street. The hotel itself is clean and tidy but it’s a little rough around the edges and probably due a refurb. It never spoilt our stay and I’d stay here again. All of the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good catering for many different cultures
