We had a wonderful stay at this charming and intimate hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from Florence’s historic landmarks. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The breakfast was also delicious and a lovely way to start the day. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality, kindness, and for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking to discover Florence. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful and always had a smile. Hotel is quirky but loved that too with the books and antiques/trinkets around. Nice breakfast and the location couldn’t be better for the old centre of Florence and the train station
