The structure is a bit rundown, but clean and comfortable; the area of my room is a bit noisy

The room located on the mezzanine floor, very dark and small. Minimalist and not very clean facilities. No bedside lamp for two out of three beds. The shower was clogged, the toilet paper stored on the tiny sink, no way to fill your water bottle at the tap! And obviously no view.

I needed accommodation in Milan well connected by public transport and Hotel Nettuno was perfect for that. It offers a good compromise between costs and convenience. The staff was very kind and the room was equipped with everything essential.

The single room was very very small and the furniture a bit old. It would need a renovation. Cleaning and attention to details could be improved. However, overall the service offered reflects the price paid
