Location was good

There wasn’t at least one microwave in the entire hotel building and I needed to heat something important. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have at least one microwave, this is a basic equipment. Also the television was not a smart TV and the few channels it had was only in French, so I couldn’t watch it. My bed sheets were also stained from a previous client. I also was unable to turn on the AC, but perhaps this was an error on my end.

El personal, sobre todo recepción. Tuvimos un inconveniente con mi mujer, teníamos que ir al hospital y lo importante para esta persona era cómo nos cobraba el taxi, pero nunca cómo nos ayudaba a encontrar el hospital. Nada conforme, encima su inglés no era para nada bueno.

Very central. Good value . Rooms were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Right beside the metro and lovely cafés. We really enjoyed our stay. Had read a few negatives so was a bit nervous arriving but we were very happy with everything. There is a safe in the room and tea and coffee facilities.
