I was moved to another hotel. I spent the night at Est Hôtel on Boulevard Magenta. Clean, staff was okay and friendly, but the window didn't close properly. It could easily be pushed open from the outside from the rooftop terrace. It's fine for one night but not more

We had bed bugs and immediately left the accommodation. We were told we would get a refund, but I'm still waiting and the communication is extremely difficult. The issue seems to be known as both the staff reacted very calmly to the complaint and other hotels presented it as a known problem. Cables were hanging out of the wall and so were the lamps. The latter obviously didn't work either

This hotel should not be listed on Booking.com. The room I got (for 92 euros one day) was dirty, ugly, full of mold on the walls, mainly in the toilet. There was torn wallpaper hanging off the wall, hair from someone else in the shower, scratches on the roof... I entered and left in 5 minutes, searching for another hotel. The corridors are used as storage and are really scary
