I wanted a room facing the courtyard but got a room facing the street. The air conditioning in the room kept running despite being turned off. I could only silence the device by removing the room key card.

Perfect location, just a step away from Bahnhofstrasse. Our Comfort Double Room was very well equipped, street view, and spacious. Very friendly reception (luggage, taxi, etc.). The Glogge Egge Restaurant offers a very good menu at a reasonable price.

Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere. The room was a good size and overlooked the quiet interior terrace. The air conditioning worked very well.

My room was next to the service elevator, which was a little noisy at certain times of the day. If I stayed again, I would specifically ask for a room away from the elevator.
