The reception staff is very arrogant, the room was extremely cold and dirty. An insect bit me during the night, the bathroom faucet is stuck to the toilet, the single bed was the size of a child's bed even though I requested a double bed! The staff is not professional and does nothing to improve the situation. There was noise all night, apart from the location, this establishment is really not worth a visit. The prices are outrageous considering the bad experience I had.
