Lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful and clean room and particularly loved the outdoor space / balcony on 7th floor.

The lift was extremely small I had a suitcase, a 3 year old and a pram and struggled to get it all in, would have found it difficult doing it alone if it didn’t all fit as was on my own with my 3 year old x
Hotel was basic and clean. Air conditioning very good and mini fridge in room (requested). Beds comfortable.
