The view from the large balcony was beautiful. Our room was fantastic, large and roomy. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice. Also omelettes cooked fresh with your choice of ingredients. You need to be prepared that the hotel is atop some very steep hills. Although the courtesy bus is very good it stops around 6ish but taxis are very reasonable. The hotel is on many different levels so takes a while to get your bearings. Happy hour in the cocktail bar is excellent value, drinks half price. The staff were amazing, the bar staff in particular, especially Liliana, Carlos and Tiago, all great fun.

The evening buffet at 34 euros per head was, in my mind, extremely overpriced. We only used it once and there was no way it was value for money. The A La Carte restaurant was better value.

Cleaning! Just terrible, for a week they never changed our towels and bed linen, sometimes they didn't even leave toilet paper. Beds were half-made, the floor was cleaned well every other time, most of the time just superficially. The breakfast was monotonous with little choice, fruits and vegetables not always fresh
