Close to the station and Piazza di Santa Maria Novella, the kindness of the staff, the comfortable room and the constant circulation of fresh air.

It is not possible to have breakfast but the area is full of bars and restaurants, especially excellent taverns.

The staff is very nice, excellent English. The location is near the station, with plenty of options for eating out nearby, and the street noise didn't bother us at all because we were on the third floor. After a long tour of Florence, we didn't need anything else, just to wash and sleep.

The room cooled down slowly with the air conditioner (I slept in a large room), there were small flies in the shower, as if someone had left fruits there. There was not enough shampoo, so we used leftovers from the previous hotel. And an incident happened to two of my 'roommates': they opened the window in the bathroom and, when going to the toilet, they romantically made eye contact with the resident of the house opposite XD...
