The room was tired, flaking patches on the headboards, peeling paint on the doors. Mismatched furniture which had seen better days. The sink was missing a plug and there was hair in the bathtub.

The property was very run down. Furniture, walls, and paintwork shabby and peeling. Breakfast limited selection of diet yogurt, fruit was from frozen apart from melon.
