The brochure in the room said that I could do laundry if I dropped it off before 9 AM and have same-day delivery back, but when I wanted to bring it up, they pointed out that that had changed and therefore was unable to do my laundry. This was disappointing because I had a weeks worth of laundry I had to do before going to the south of France. Also room service was not 24/7 as they advertised in the brochure
A fabulous hotel in my favourite Arrondissement. I loved the vintage aesthetic and atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were accommodating and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a room with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the air conditioning saved us from the Parisian Heat in August.

Clean room, combines the old with the modern, its manager and the receptionists are very spectacular, they helped us solve the errors with the reservation of another hotel and this one too. That's why the best thing about the hotel is the human talent of its servers. The breakfast looked good, they had coffee and cake in the afternoon when you arrived at the hotel for free.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, very varied and very delicious (sometimes they took a while to refill when things ran out, but then with a little time they replenished them). The staff was very friendly, always attentive to help us with whatever we needed. Upon arrival, they waited for us with little gifts, and the night before we left too! Very concerned that our stay was spectacular.
