Every single staff - day/evening/night reception, manager, chambermaid - was so wonderful. There were a few mosquitos in my room over two days. The night reception manager personally took care of the problem and the next day, the manager and crew went out of their way to get me a new bottle of insect repellant for my room. My previous stay was a year ago, and the day reception manager was equally wonderful then.

The location is top, very easy to reach from the train station and supermarkets and restaurants all around. The room facilities were also perfect, there was coffee, tea, kettle, mini fridge, shower caps, etc. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. And the man in the reception was very friendly :)
