Hótelið er ekki einsog því var lýst á myndum. Lobbýið er á annari hæð, engin lyfta. Fara þarf úr lobbýi upp eina hæð til að fá lyftu sem var svo þrögn (lítil) að hún rúmaði einungis tvo.

Right in the heart of Old Town with shopping, transportation, and restaurants very close by. The hotel offered me an upgrade to a better larger room without me asking for it which suggest they care for the comfort of their guest. The staff members helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to the elevator. The staff members were knowledgeable with what to see in Lisbon and how to get there. The breakfast was typical European with cheese, bread, boiled eggs, cereal, etc. We had enough fruits and coffee as we wanted and that served as brunch which allowed us to skip lunch and then have a great dinner at the end of the day. The photos of our unit look like those in Booking.com. We would definitely book this hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.

We were awe struck after traveling from the airport to find steep steps to the front desk. However, the staff was very helpful to carry our luggage up the stairs and to the elevator without much effort from us.

Gutes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, um in den Tag zu starten. Schön großes Zimmer und die Betten waren auch sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt in der Altstadt und kann Lissabon wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden.
