Shower was a bit low for tall people; some renovation could take place here.

I loved my stay here so much I felt sad to leave. The staff were phenomenal. Always helpful and friendly. They are doing work on the property at the moment but the finished rooms are very nice. The decor is what you would expect for the price range. Very nice room. There was also a TV with movie channels in English - in case you want a restful evening after a long day of hiking or sightseeing.

We had the opportunity to try two different rooms and missed natural light, as the rooms are interior. In one of them, we felt a little cold, as the heating was not working properly.

Very good value for a budget, simple, one-night stay. Superb location. Friendly staff who generously arrange a taxi for us. Beautiful colonial building with Inca walls. Very comfy beds.

Breakfast average. Our room was literally right next to the reception and restaurant as well as directly on the pathway outside (floor level) so every single person saying anything on the street or in reception, or going to breakfast, we could hear.

Bathroom smell, unfortunately this seems common in Peru but it is still annoying.

Lovely historic building, comfortable and warm rooms. Good quiet location, walking distance to shops and restaurants including beautiful San Blas, Plaza Mayor, San Pedro market, Sun Temple, and Sacsayhuaman.

Breakfast/reception/entrance area was a little chilly and a bit dated/soleless.

Great location between Las Blas and Plaza de Armas without having to scale a big hill every night. Comfortable rooms, good size and facilities for the price. Good hot showers, heating, and internet. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Courtyard-style hotel could lead to a bit of interior noise in the mornings as people breakfasted/checked out early, but this was minimal.
