Rooms and bathrooms often described as clean, but several guests reported unclean floors/lobby and that some areas feel in need of better upkeep.
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and cooperative (early takeaway breakfast, extra fan, accommodating), though a few suggested small improvements at check-in.
Consistently praised for a perfect, central location close to the main street and central station; tram access and walking distance to attractions highlighted.
Mixed reports: some guests had spacious rooms with good beds and baths, while others found rooms tiny, cramped or dated with worn furniture and no AC.
Several guests noted missing or outdated amenities (no air-conditioning, no fridge in rooms, distant/expensive parking, aging inventory); elevator doors and bathroom layout were also mentioned.
Many guests felt the hotel offered good value—especially given location and breakfast—though a few considered it somewhat expensive for the level of modern amenities provided.
Breakfast is a recurring positive (varied, good/superb buffet) but several guests noted the dining area is small/cramped at peak times.
Overall stays were positive thanks to location, breakfast and helpful staff; main negatives relate to dated rooms and some facility limitations.
Good room good bed. A blanket would be nice as it was a cold night.

Very well located, we were on the eighth and top floor with a beautiful terrace that was nice. Breakfast with a nice selection, small room but considering the little time we spent there, it's not a problem. Very pleasant staff.
