A very last minute booking for my son as the hostel he booked was inhabitable. He arrived within 1/2 hour of the booking and was given his room straight away. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and room had air con which he was very happy about!

Room was not bad, but I found some hairs on the clean towel... And we couldn't sleep properly because of the noise from another rooms.... You can hear everything from another rooms and corridor....
Great instructions to find the place when walking from the station. Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast that we decided to take for each morning, and nice that we had our own sink in the room, even though we had a shared bathroom. Great to have bus #21 just near the front door, and free, when you pay the tourist tax.

Was on a bus route direct to Mirrabelle Gardens. Room was clean. Shower in room was a surprise as I thought I was sharing. Staff assisted with my bag up the stairs

No lifts - travelling from Australia I had a large heavy bag. I put a "do not disturb" sign on the door" came back to room and the sign was inside and evidence they had been in the room. Was on a main road, so was quite noisy.

The hotel is located about 30 minutes from the city center by bus. Upon arrival, a transport card is provided, which is very convenient for getting around. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The shared showers and toilets were adequate. Tip: remember to have cash on hand to pay the tourist tax, which was about 20 € for two people.

Soundproofing could be improved. It was quite easy to hear neighbors' conversations from the room.
