The staff at the reception was very nice. We arrived early in the morning and we left our luggage at the hotel before checking in. The location is very good. 3 minutes walk from Roma Termini. Plus there are nice restaurants in the area. The room was bigger than I expected. I think it was good value for the money.

It’s a little old and seemed dirty but not “it was not cleaned” dirty, more like it was used a lot and needs refreshing. Also an entrance door of the building was really noisy and unusually often used the first night we spent there. The second night was much more quiet.

We had reserved at Via Varese 5 and they accommodated us in another building 2 blocks further from the station. Everything else, all very good
