Location super close to public transportation and city centre. The rooms are very clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was really nice too.

The elevator was very slow, not a big deal but still could have been better
Everywhere clean, quiet, staff helpful and friendly. And excellent buffet breakfast - that was the icing on the cake. I was at a performance at the summer stage of Museum Kampa, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk away. Excellent transport accessibility - the tram stop is opposite the hotel.
