I selected the lowest rate and ended up in the lower level. Our room was very small. The property did offer us room options but we decided to stay in a smaller room with a larger window.

The front desk staff were all very kind and polite. My smartphone went missing, but they checked the cameras thoroughly. It was nice to have free water and coffee at the front desk. Also, having apples in the morning made me happy.

There was dust accumulated in the heating, and I was worried that the futon would get dirty when sleeping.

We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The location was great and very close to everything, which made it easy to explore the city. The receptionist was honestly the highlight of the hotel, such a kind, friendly and helpful person who made us feel very welcome.

The room itself wasn’t the best. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and overall the room was pretty basic, but it was okay for the amount of time we spent there since we were out exploring most of the day. We absolutely loved Amsterdam and had a great time. I would probably choose a different hotel next time, but I would definitely stay in the same area because the location was very convenient.
