The location was great! The staff very friendly and helpful. The secure parking for the car was great. The entrance is very narrow. The vehicle is parked by a hotel employee. The gentleman was very careful and skillfully managed the tight entrance. The facilities were good and partially renovated. The bathroom was great. The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, I can only partially understand the good reviews for the breakfast. The selection was okay. But: the breakfast room has the atmosphere of a youth hostel. The rolls were okay on 2 days and stale on 2 days. The fruit was partially frozen and therefore mushy. The fruit is also not sliced (partly divided, partly whole) and there are no useful knives to cut the fruit yourself. In general: packaged cheese and packaged cold cuts, cakes from a package, no real muesli, only oat flakes, cornflakes, chocolate puffs, and chocolate muesli. There is also no juice, only water and a water that is mixed with a kind of orange syrup. I expected something else based on the reviews I read. In our rooms, the laminate floor was partially damaged. Cleanliness: overall okay, but details were not taken care of. For example, the mirror was not cleaned in my case (this was not done until the end of the stay), corners were not clean, the remote control was sticky, and the grout in the shower had many mold spots. The rest, however, was spotlessly clean. Downside of the great location: it is very noisy around the clock, but you are right in the city. I couldn't have slept without earplugs.

Great location, very close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The rest of Prague's beautiful monuments within easy reach. Car or local transport completely unnecessary. A big advantage of the hotel is the secure closed parking.

The floor starts to creak and there are no tea spoons in the room as there weren't 4 years ago and still aren't today.
