Fantastic location! Only 15 minutes walk to Vatican City! Other places were further away, but Ubers were cheap! We walked it once and it was a lovely walk! The spa bath was AMAZING!!! The room size was great!

Better hot breakfast choices needed
The only thing we really liked about this hotel were the waiters. They were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing. The breakfast was rather disappointing and quite meager for a 4-star hotel in our opinion. We expected a lot more variety and quality. During our ten-day stay, our room was only cleaned once. And even during that single cleaning, they forgot to provide toilet paper and enough fresh towels for three people. For a 4-star hotel, this is absolutely incomprehensible to us. The path to the beach leads across a road with traffic, which is anything but pleasant and safe, especially with a child. However, what shocked us the most was the handling of drinking water. My husband wanted to take a pack of water bought at the supermarket from our car to our room in temperatures of about 30°C. At the reception, the entire pack was taken from him with the explanation that bringing water from outside is not allowed in the hotel. He was only allowed to take a single bottle in the end. The remaining bottles were kept at the reception and we were told that we could only take them back to the car. Instead, we were told to buy our water at the hotel. Especially when traveling with a child and needing sufficient drinking water at these temperatures, we find such a rule completely incomprehensible and unacceptable. We expected much more hospitality, comfort, and customer orientation from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, not a recommendation.

Unfortunately, the room had neither a wardrobe nor dressers, but only a wall rack with hangers and there was no bidet in the bathroom.
