The location is amazing, right in the heart of the historic city and yet quiet. The hotel staff was very attentive, large and very clean room, charming decoration, good bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a very attentive team. We were welcomed with a delicious sweet treat with a welcome message waiting for us in the room.

I liked everything, except the fact that the door opens to the building's staircase. But that didn't bother us at all.

Excellent location, close to all the attractions in Florence. Many high-quality restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast. Cleanliness, comfort, and above all, the staff is lovely, helping us with everything, both Angela at reception (speaks Spanish), Julio at the bar-cafeteria, and Julieta at breakfast. Also mentioning the others but I don't remember their names. We felt at home in Florence. Thank you for your kindness. We loved everything.

Had issues reaching with the car, the maps direction was not accurate because of road blocks. Better to avoid getting there with a rented car. Another issue was that one of the rooms had a bad smell. We complained and got a different room.
