A small, cozy hotel close to the city center. Easy to reach from the railway/bus station. Close to a tram stop, making it easy to move around by public transport. Modest breakfast, but sufficient.

The bed was uncomfortable and narrow, if you suffer from occasional back pain.

The doors to the rooms are not soundproof, you can hear the neighbors. Maybe a carpet on the floor would be useful and would increase comfort. It's worth airing the bathroom before the arrival of the guest.
