I arrived in the evening, tired around 11 pm, the receptionist had no idea about available rooms, he made an effort to give me a room away from the noise. He gave me a room on the 4th floor, I went up with the suitcases to find an occupied room with shoes and socks next to the door. The bed was a mess. I went down urgently, the receptionist apologized, but the staff occupying the room, for him, it was normal. He gave me another room, the mattress was like a sponge, my back hurt too much in the morning, I have a breathing machine, I had to change position because the power outlets were not working, I asked to cancel the reservation for these reasons, the staff blatantly lied that I was aggressive and shouting in the street to sell the room and blah blah blah, I travel a lot, it's the first time I find myself in this situation with unprofessional staff, and the thing that touched me the most, the free lies.

Séjour très décevant. La chambre était extrêmement petite pour deux personnes, mal entretenue et plusieurs choses étaient cassées, y compris la lumière et le ventilateur. Le cadre/toile est même tombé sur nous pendant la nuit. La salle de bains et les toilettes étaient sales, l'hygiène était mauvaise et il n'y avait pas d'équipements de base comme un fer à repasser ou des cintres appropriés. L'un de nos lits n'avait même pas de couette; seulement la housse. Le réceptionniste était également peu serviable et avait une mauvaise attitude.
