We were in the adjacent building, room 321, and there was a noticeable motor sound of the air conditioning cycling on and off. Very bothersome when trying to sleep

Great location in central Rome, close to quite a few of the historical attractions. And had several eating out options near by. The onsite breakfast cafe was amazing and the evening rooftop bar was a lovely surprise.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfasts were fantastic. The AC worked well. And the bed was very comfortable.

In room 101 the water flow in the shower head needs improving.

The staff was great, with the exception of the attendant who checked us out of the hotel. He wasn't as pleasant as the other desk clerks.

We had an influx of ants that invaded the bathroom. There were ants crawling everywhere, all over the wash cloths, toothbrushes, toiletries. I was very disappointed with that
