How to say… dirtiness in all its splendor in the common areas, not much better in the room. Before leaving, we looked under the bed to check that my son's cuddly toy hadn't rolled under the box spring: what a nice surprise to see a water bottle that didn't belong to us comfortably settled in the dust and fluff. Odor on the bed linen: is it washed between each guest or just put in the dryer to 'refresh'? 2 towels (we were 3) with a strong scent of musty fabric softener in the bathroom. Furniture in the room looks like it was picked up from Emmaus or a dump, I'm not sure. Small bins taken from Holiday Inn (actually the nicest thing in the room!). Ventilation constantly running, impossible to adjust or turn off. Sealed windows, blocked emergency exits, quite noisy, broken electrical outlets. Free parking at the back of the building: located on a dirt space. First come, first served! About 12 cars have to fit in a 10m x 10m space, so everyone is parked 10cm apart. When asked 'what if I'm at the back and want to leave?', the answer was 'everyone leaves me their car keys and I move the cars'. We finally opted for an Indigo parking at 30CAD for the night. Lunar experience and yet we travel regularly! So, the fact that there was no coffee maker in the room didn't bother me in the end... my best experience at Casa Bella was our departure.
Location is best and close to everything (bars, restaurants, grocery stores and Metro). Place is clean and has a microwave. Parking included at the back.

The toilet and shower were separate. Shower room had no place to hang towel/clothes. The shower curtain is outside of the shower room. Just a weird setup. It's no problem if you are a couple but if you are with friends it's a weird and inconvenient setup.
It was just fine--a well-located inexpensive place to stay. -I hadn't expected too much, and it was in fact okay.

Everything was more or less okay.
Very well located to visit Montreal. Bedding okay. Free parking.

Noisy, Cars day and night. Internal noises in the establishment, doors, creaking floors, noise in the corridors, small room and very old equipment (tv...). Old establishment...
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel staff told me I needed to change rooms, and they selfishly took my luggage to another room while I was out. The shower drain wasn't working and there was no cleaning, etc.
