Good hotel well located in the center of Porto, for sightseeing, paid parking 100 meters away, which is appreciated because the street is one-way and there is no parking. Also, the Bank of Portugal is right next door and with the back and forth of trucks delivering, the bank, the street is closed to traffic. The staff speaks French very well.

On the second night, it rained a lot and I asked if we could borrow an umbrella, and the receptionist let me know that there were none, but I could go buy one across the street for 10€. In a hotel at this price, it would still be good to have some umbrellas to lend to customers.
It was a central location and great for walking to different areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast plentiful.

The shower door needed to be fixed. It should have been fixed before we stayed. The breakfast was very good but it did not start till 7:45AM. It should start at 7:00 AM.
