When we arrived, we found out that we almost lost our reservation because they couldn’t reach us. However, we had been traveling and on an airplane, so we had no service. Thankfully, we made it just in time to not lose our accommodations.
AC was not working. Bathroom doorknob was broken, and the door did not close. The shower design caused water to consistently splash on the bathroom floor, creating pooled water on the tile floor
