The tables were cleared immediately and you were not allowed to go to the breakfast buffet together. The staff is not particularly accommodating. At the reception, there was no supportive information regarding the Berlin WelcomeCard 72 h. Despite inquiring about the approximate arrival time (our message around 1:00 pm), we were repeatedly informed that the room would only be ready from 3:00 pm
