Parking was a challenge, but we managed to find a spot each of the 2 days we were there. And Anna at the front desk should smooth the edge of cynicism from her communication style.

Near the old city, close to the promenade and the Wowel Hill.. a 15-minute walk to the wheel and balloon.. clean rooms, rich breakfast, polite staff and quiet rooms. Highly recommend.
