We particularly liked the extraordinary house with its history and unique style. Everything is very lovingly and meticulously decorated. The rooms are also individually designed, each with its own character. The location is perfect, Duval Street is only a 2-5 minute walk away. Bicycles can be rented directly at the property, which is ideal for exploring Key West. The breakfast was also great. Additionally, we were able to park for free in a nearby side street. A special thanks also goes to our great hostess. She was very warm and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very special accommodation with lots of charm, a great location, and a wonderful hostess.

When it comes to cleanliness, a little more attention to detail could be paid in some places. For example, we noticed a few hairs around the nightstands. Also, the blinds could not be fully closed.

Spacious and clean room. The property is close to the evening point of interest. It was not easy to find free parking, but with a little searching, it was doable.

Unfortunately, our experience was not positive, especially considering that we only had one evening in Key West. We arrived at 2:00 PM, but check-in was scheduled from 3:00 PM onwards. We left our luggage in the lobby and went out to explore the city, returning around 7:00 PM. At that point, we discovered that guest reception ended at 5:00 PM and there was no one on the property. The owner had sent us an email with codes to access the property and retrieve the keys, but the communication did not indicate the name or number of our room. We had to try the keys on various doors without being able to figure out which one was correct. In the meantime, we also contacted the property through Booking, but did not receive a response. Fortunately, after about an hour, other guests arrived who had the owner's phone number. Thanks to their help and a WhatsApp contact, we finally managed to understand which was our room. We also found out that to reach it, it was necessary to exit the property and use a staircase at the back, information that was not indicated in the email. Without the help of these people, we would probably have had serious problems getting into the room. In the end, we spent about an hour and a half trying to resolve a situation that, with clearer and more complete information, would have been easily avoidable. The problem was even more significant because we only had one evening in Key West: due to the time lost, we were unable to attend the traditional sunset ceremony, one of the moments for which we had chosen to visit the city. We barely managed to find a place to dine after finally getting into the room, washing and changing.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was incredibly charming, cozy, and full of character, which made it feel truly unique. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. This was such a special place and made our visit even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and lovely place to stay!
