I was very disappointed with the facility. It was not clean, and there were several issues throughout my stay. The refrigerator did not work, the water pressure was extremely low, there was little to no hot water, and the air conditioning barely worked. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable and appeared poorly maintained. I also noticed roaches, which made the experience even worse. Additionally, there were no towels or washcloths provided as expected. Due to these conditions, I was unable to enjoy my stay and would of like a full refund

It was one night, everything was sold out, and I couldn't stay on the street. The place is a gallery adapted into a hotel. It scared me, it looks abandoned, very much like a horror story
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
