The air conditioning was bad. In my opinion, it doesn't deserve a five-star rating at all.
Disappointed with my stay. I had booked a room with a pool view, but upon arrival, the room I was assigned did not have the announced view at all. The reservation did not match what was expected. It's a shame because this aspect was important in my choice of room. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to respecting customers' reservations.
