The hotel was great, my room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Mike at the front desk.

Bathroom had no soap for bath or shower, some lights in the room were broken, wires for lights running from plugs over the floor... alarm clock not functional, booked for 3 nights and had to extend to a fourth night, got charged more than half extra for one night. Extremely unhappy and staff at reception just shrug shoulders to say it's a booking.com issue. I feel cheated and will never return and will not advise anyone to come to the Pullman either. I had booked the extra night online prior to my arrival, but somehow the hotel cannot find the booking... this leaves a bad taste, so hence my bad rating of this establishment.
