The equipment in the rooms is not maintained, the sockets are falling out of the wall. The switch covers are falling out. There are no shuttle buses to the city. The airport transfer only runs every hour. Then two vehicles have to drive to ensure the hourly journey to the terminals. Too many groups and definitely too many young and very unfriendly guests. But the pool and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Little friendliness from the reception staff; they are not clear that the van leaves at a certain time and does not wait for anyone. Several guests went down 2 minutes late and it had already left, they also do not inform the rooms that the van will leave even though the space must be reserved in advance, and they already know which guests are going to the airport at X hours. In addition to this, it is the lack of empathy from the staff towards the guests that surprised me the most, almost as if they enjoyed the situation. They are also not clear in the instructions when you make the hotel reservation, that when you land and go to use the van you must call the hotel to pick you up, they only indicate that it runs every hour, but the truth is that if you don't call you will be waiting forever. The hotel must take into account that due to its location far from the city, the added value that guests find is the hotel's transportation to the airport, and they are not doing this well.
