Noisy construction sites in the vicinity
The room is large and clean. Sea Point location very close to Mojo Market and convenient for restaurants/supermarkets and exploring Cape Town. Internal parking.

Unfortunately, at the moment the area around is practically a construction site, so there are works all day (fortunately they don't start too early in the morning and being out most of the time and happening over the weekend we didn't feel it too much), obviously aesthetically it's not the best. The first night the ceiling fan started at high speed and stopped after 10 minutes (without us being able to understand how to stop it). The next day we reported it to the staff but the reason was not clear to us, also we were told that it is controlled with a remote control which was not in our room and despite pointing it out (and being promised to provide it) we were never given one. Instructions for the safe were provided but we didn't have one in the room.
The property is clean and we got value for our money. The facilities are very beautiful.

Ongoing construction made staying indoors unbearable. As it is, they don’t serve breakfast to guests. They need to work on that.
Sleeping in the middle of a construction site. Stay away for the next six months. I’m attaching a video so you can see for yourselves what to expect.
