The air conditioning is a bit temperamental, which is why I did not give the maximum rating
My husband & I stayed 5 days. The owner (a family) & the staff are welcoming, helpful & friendly. They changed out towels and do the bed everyday. Very clean swimming pool & a few minutes walk to the beach & the activities (camel ride, quad bike & horse ride). It was a 10-15 minutes walk to the Medina & port.

The location was great, within reasonable walking distance of the Medina and close to the sea with a boulevard. Room cleaned every day.

The Riad is fantastic, well-maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Also, for us, being not in the Medina was not a problem because it is a very pleasant walk there.

If I had to mention a downside, the TV didn't work and the shower hose was a bit damaged, but we didn't complain because it didn't bother us at all.
Charming and cozy hotel. Decorated in Arabic style and next to Essaouira beach. Very good cleanliness and staff attention. Will come back.
