Firstly on my check it’s all done on tablet and had to wait a fair while due to check in process been long winded. The lift to the rooms was very smelly / damp smell. The room fair size. Staff was robotic not much personality. Staff knocking on door while I was getting ready and just walking in to question me on check out. I was informed it was 12pm check out on check in. Then when checking out I was told 11am. You must have id and for any guest also pre pay £100 deposit or won’t be able to check in.
