Very positive welcome, attentive staff knowing that I am in a wheelchair, PMR access to be reviewed even if the elevator is adapted to enter the room very complicated but well I manage to walk a little bit anyway I think of people who cannot walk how difficult it must be to access the room

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Paris-Auteuil. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to public transportation and convenient connections. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming. A special mention goes to the lady at the reception who handled my check-in. She provided excellent service, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference and is a great reflection of the hotel’s hospitality. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. I would happily stay here again.
