We missed to book the hotel with breakfast included. We had 3 rooms for 3 days and they still charged Rs500 each for breakfast. That part I didn't like and felt it expensive, even though their food and service were good

The location is amazing, right in the city center at C-Scheme, which makes everything accessible. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. Rooms: Very good, clean rooms with big sizes - exactly what you need after a long day of sightseeing. Modern amenities, comfortable bed, great shower, and spotless housekeeping. Special mention to the team who ensures rooms are always well-maintained and tidy. Staff & Service: What makes this hotel special is the people. Courteous and polite staff from entrance to restaurant. Front office is exceptionally professional and helpful - Mr. Jethu, Jabbar, Devendra and the whole team were quick, well-spoken and proactive. In-room service is super quick & fast. The staff was always attentive to serve you the best, with smiles all around and positive energy. You really feel at home here - they remember preferences and make sure every need is met promptly. Food: Delicious food - the chef is doing a great job! Good breakfast spread with lots of options, and dinner at the All Day Diner was excellent. Special thanks to Chef Harish, Chef Amit and the F&B team - Pavan, Vikas, Jitendra, Sanjeev for their warm hospitality. Overall - great hospitality, great value, great location. The staff are not trained. They nag you to give positive feedback even when they have not yet given the service they are suppose to provide, have been called to give nice feedback more than 5 times. I left the hotel before the end of my paid stay. It was horrible.
