La camera era in buone condizioni, estremamente ben attrezzata per un appartamento-hotel, molto ben pulita ogni giorno. Due camere da letto con i loro ampi bagni, molto spazio nella zona giorno con l'area cucina. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile. Ottime colazioni con una buona selezione di piatti, coprendo sia cucine asiatiche che europee. Anche la posizione è ottima, la camera aveva una magnifica vista panoramica sulla città e c'è un centro commerciale con food court nell'edificio. Questo è stato davvero il soggiorno che ho apprezzato di più rispetto agli altri hotel che ho visitato finora.

So questa è stata una situazione strana e non è mai successo con nessun altro hotel. Quando ho fatto il check-in, l'hotel ha pre-autorizzato una carica sulla mia carta in base al prezzo della camera più un deposito cauzionale. Fin qui tutto bene, praticamente previsto. Quello che però non era previsto era che al momento del check-out l'hotel ha addebitato nuovamente sulla mia carta solo il prezzo della camera MA non ha cancellato la carica iniziale che è rimasta in sospeso. Di fatto mi sono stati addebitati due volte il prezzo della camera più il deposito cauzionale e il mio saldo è rimasto senza quella somma per più di una settimana dopo il check-out, fino a quando la banca non ha annullato la transazione iniziale dopo averla trattenuta per 14 giorni. Tenetelo presente perché significa che dovete aggiungere il doppio del prezzo della prenotazione al vostro budget. Per il mio soggiorno di 8 notti con la mia famiglia è stata una somma considerevole e ha causato un po' di frustrazione mentre cercavo di capire cosa stesse succedendo con la mia banca.

The service at the hotel is disgusting. When booking, I indicated an early check-in. In fact, we arrived at the specified morning time of 7:00 am. At the reception, a hotel specialist reserved us and said that check-in was at 2:00 pm. I explained that I had indicated early check-in when booking, she checked and gave us the keys to the room. At the same time, she took a 500 yuan deposit from us, which was not specified in the booking conditions. Very strange for a five-star hotel to take a deposit, for what is not clear?! The reception specialist apologized and said we could go to breakfast. We went up to the room, left our suitcases and went down for breakfast. When entering the breakfast, we were registered, let in. We sat down at the table, the lady of this dining room approached and said that we could have breakfast from the next day. For the Chinese, food culture is sacred and they never skimp on food, but here... In this hotel, we stayed for 2 days. The room was poorly cleaned. The floor was sticky. The furniture was shabby. There was a problem with breakfast, everything was constantly empty. The feeling that they serve leftovers, what is left is what you eat

Please assicuratevi di migliorare la pulizia (è sicuramente necessaria maggiore attenzione ai dettagli) e migliorare il modo in cui si mantengono le strutture. L'uso costante da parte degli inquilini fa sembrare le strutture più vecchie di quanto non siano.
