The facility is quite dated based on the apartment we were issued [41]. It needs a makeover with some new paint, fresh carpet and window furnishings. Note that there are no elevators in the complex [including from below ground car park].

We parked in the underground car park then up 4 flights of steep stairs. I am 80 and this was far too much as there is no lift. After a phone call we were moved to a ground floor unit. Then at about 3.30am the highway traffic started. then about 6am planes take off directly over the block.
