We had a double room and weren't expecting it to be so tight. (In retrospect I believe this is an NYC thing) With 4 of us with one suitcase each, we had to stack them behind the door because there was no place to put them where we wouldn't have to step over them. This also prevented us from opening the door fully but we could still get in and out. The beds weren't awesome either.

Excellent location, perfect cafe staff and excellent food. The cleanliness was impeccable. Quiet room, no external noises.

The reception team's service during the day was terrible. They did not provide necessary instructions, such as breakfast time, elevator usage, etc. The night staff, however, were very attentive. Not having overhead lighting, only bedside lamps, was quite detrimental.
