The room we were given was fantastic, facing north (over water) on the 17th floor. Fantastic water and mountain views, spacious room, nice bathroom with amenities, appreciated the free daily glass water bottle. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. The lobby bar was really nice and had great live music every night we were there (Thurs-Sun), but it was difficult to have a conversation due to the loud crowd/acoustics, not the music.

We booked a room with a harbor and mountain view, but on the first night, they placed us in a room with buildings and a partial harbor view. After requesting a change, we stayed in the room we thought we had booked for the next 2-4 nights. We should have mentioned something on the first night, but I wonder why, when I indicated in my notes that we wanted a full water view and that it was my birthday, they did not fulfill that request from the beginning. The bed was a bit soft but still comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were smaller than expected.
