They are friendly and helpful, from the door man, check in staff all the way to the guy who help me when arrived at hotel and help to assisted me to the room Hotel is very fancy, the bar at the lobby with the piano and music make the hotel look vibrant. The room is very fancy look very expensive and definitely a world class experience.
