Really enjoyed my stay! Everything was clean and well kept, and Morgan at the front desk was wonderful. She was welcoming, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Morgan at the front desk was especially helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. She answered all my questions and gave me some great recommendations for things to do and places to check out. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I’ll be coming back!

Worst hotel ever! Stayed in room 1023 for 2 nights no TV or phone service at all. Maintenance came to fix TV and he couldn't fix it. They said they would change my room never did. Ask for corporate number or guest service and the front desk worker gave me the hotel front desk number instead. She lied and said that the manager is not coming in. Asked what could be done they said nothing. I had other people in 3 other rooms that will be also giving a review. 214-563-7066
