Excellent hotel accommodations, and the staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful. I can’t wait to stay here again!

currently staying at the hotel at the time of writing this review. The hotel has finished the renovation. Operations seem to be smooth. The bell desk, front desk, and housekeeping staff are excellent as expected. Some minor work on the elevator. The lobby is now on the 5th floor. The only thing that should have changed is the food menu. There are two restaurants compared to only one in March 2026, both have a similar menu. I highly suggest refreshing these menus as there is a lack of innovation and creativity. There are significant Asian-based clients, but there is a lack of food items. There used to be lobster ramen, sadly no longer on the menu. The menu currently lacks soup-based items such as Pho, ramen, noodles, soondobu. The hotel manager should consider adding these items to the menu. Everything else seems to be great and in order.
